Store Policy

Orders placed with Charmed By Star are processed within 1-5 business days. Processing time may be longer if orders are in a large amount. I only ship with United States Postal Service (USPS)! USPS arrival ranges from 3-7 business days. Once the package is out of my hands, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, however, I will resolve the issue as best as I can.

When checking out please make sure that your information and address are correct. I do not offer reshipments at the moment so if packages are returned to me, you will be refunded. If an order happens to be incorrect for any reason, don’t hesitate to contact me <3
